Return Policy: If returning contact us via e-mail at

within 5 (five) business days of receiving the product(s). At this time you may
request a full refund or store credit. Please include your name and order
number. We will issue an authorization number and shipping instructions via
e-mail.
If your return does not comply with our return policy as stated above, a 15%
restocking fee will be charged on the total merchandise. We do not accept
merchandise back that has been worn or altered. Shipping charges cannot be
refunded.

Fed-ex 3 day $18.95 shipping, packaging, handling and insurance coverage.
Fed-ex overnight. $27.95 shipping, packaging, handling and insurance
coverage.
*The above prices include shipping, handling materials, (i.e. padded
packaging, boxes, cotton) and insurance coverage between $100-$500.
All items are shipped lovingly tucked in a gold box.
Add $2.00 to the above prices for shipping Keepsake boxes.
The Keepsake boxes have different shipping charges since they are larger and more delicate.
Important Note: Shipping Example: If you order on the 20th using
fed-ex overnight, your item will be shipped the next day on the 21st for arrival
on the 22nd. The same with 2 and 3 day fed-ex. We need at least 24 hours to
process your order.
If you order on a Friday, your item will be shipped the next
business day which is Monday.

If the charm is 3-D (like a full ball) it will say 3-D on the item
description.
If it does not say 3-D, it is flat on the back.
Usually, the 3-D charms are used to hang on a charm bracelet or used to make
into earrings.
The charms or pendants that are flat on the back hang nicely around the neck.

Yes we do.
We can get as many items made as you would like with any charm or
pendant on our website. This can take about 3 to 4 weeks for large orders. We
require payment first.
